We have a list of recommended locations that offer scenic spots such as parks, gardens, rivers, forests, canyons, and open fields that provide a stunning backdrop for your maternity portraits. These sessions are planned around sunset for the amazing golden hour lighting.

Maternity Session FAQ

28-34 Weeks

The ideal time for maternity sessions is within the 28-34 week mark. You have a nice baby bump by this time and are not too uncomfortable. Babies like to debut when they see fit. We don't want to miss this special time if your baby decides they want to join you sooner than your due date.

Dressy or Casual?

We want you to be comfortable and relaxed all while emphasizing your amazing baby bump. I recommend choosing a lovely dress, a body suit for indoor shoots, or going nontraditional and opting for a brawlet and unbuttoned jeans which works great in either location.

Whatever you are envisioning I am here to help.

I know purchasing a dress or specific outfit that you may only use once seems silly. I do have a client closet underway that you are welcome to borrow from.
