Hi, I’m Katie, a Boise native who’s lucky enough to be married to my high school sweetheart. We have three wonderful kids and an adorable bunch of pets, including three spoiled Goldendoodles, a 16-year-old Chihuahua who rules the roost, and three snuggly kitties.
I have Over 17 Years in the Photography Industry
I fell in love with photography over 17 years ago when I picked up my first camera, and that passion has only grown. Capturing families' most meaningful moments is truly my calling. Along the way, I’ve been honored to receive awards for my Creative Art Photography and Lifestyle Documentary Portraits, and to have my work featured in multiple magazines. It’s a privilege to do what I love and preserve memories that last a lifetime
Francelle is my Middle Name
My middle name, Francelle (pronounced Fran-cell), holds a special place in my heart as a family name passed down from my great-grandmother. I love it so much that I not only gave it to my daughter as her middle name but also chose it as the name of my business. ❤️
Summer Babe all the way!
Summer is my favorite season, hands down! My family and I thrive in the great outdoors, spending our days kayaking, biking, fishing, and camping. Nature is our happy place, and it’s one of the many reasons we love calling Idaho home.
I'm a bit of an Old Soul at Heart
I have a deep love for art, painting, puzzles, board games, playing the piano, and getting lost in contemporary classical music. These little joys bring so much creativity and calm to my life!
I am a Total Animal Lover!
If it’s not obvious from the fact that I have four dogs and three cats, I’m a total animal lover! My family and friends affectionately call me Snow White—probably because I once tried to pet a skunk while camping (true story!). My dream is to one day have an animal sanctuary, and I’d be over the moon if it came true. My daughter shares my love for all creatures and attempts to adopt every critter that crosses our path—bugs included! Thankfully, my husband is not only supportive but an absolute champ when it comes to our ever-growing menagerie.
I truely belive I have the BEST job ever!
One of my favorite parts of this journey is being invited back into my clients' lives time and time again. There’s something truly special about forming long-lasting relationships with families and being there to document their milestones. I absolutely love it when children run up to greet me with excitement, eager for another fun-filled portrait session together. It's these moments that make my work so meaningful, and I can’t wait to continue capturing the love and joy that make each family unique.
